Mechanical Code Calculation

The evaluation of nozzle loads through finite element analysis is calculated by using specialized software. Code calculation software is used for designing vertical supports, erection lugs, and trunnions using WRC guidelines. Our mechanical designers make sure to apply the correct industry standards by following the API, TEMA, and other industrial Codes.

While working on your designs, our designers are continuously cross-checking to make sure that all needs are met to create a reliably unit with longest possible lifetime. To identify safety, ergonomic and maintenance issues, we produce 2-D and 3-D design. These tools help us improve our assembly, attachments of internal and external components and piping practices, and provides more efficient field installation.
